The purpose of ICEC 23 and ICMC 2010 is to bring together everyone from universities and industry, to stimulate the fruitful exchange of information and ideas in cryogenic engineering, to outline actual trends and to discuss present and future developments.

The 23rd International Cryogenic Engineering Conference and International Cryogenic Materials Conference will take place in Poland in a 750 years old town – Wroclaw. It is an excellent example of a multicultural metropolis situated at the interface of ethnically diverse areas. Wroclaw is famous for dozens of historical and cultural places and magic strength of attraction. The ICEC 23 and ICMC 2010 will be hosted by the Wroclaw University of Technology and will be held in its Conference Center offering convenient conference facilities.
