Stirling Cryogenics has obtained an order from Queens University ON Canada for the supply of 3 SPC-1 cryogenerators. These coolers will be used in the cooling/cleaning of the DEAP 3600 project at Snolab Lively ON, Canada and installed at the research facility at a depth of more than 2000 meters.

The high efficiency of the Stirling cooler, in combination with several options possible to improve on the process, were of high importance to the customer.
