Training

Stirling offers a specially developed training at their facilities in Son, the Netherlands.

This training is designed to improve the knowledge and expertise of Stirling plant operators and maintenance technicians throughout the world and offers many significant benefits, including:
- thorough understanding of the Stirling cycle and the Stirling equipment, for operation, maintenance and troubleshooting;
- efficient communication with the Stirling help desk and consequently quick support in case of questions or problems;
- reduced (unforeseen) maintenance costs due to improved understanding of plant operation.

Further:

The Maintenance Engineer hands-on training consists of theoretical instruction each morning and practical training in the afternoons on equipment in our workshop.
Key topics are the principles of operation of the compressor, PSA, cryogenerator and the chiller. You will learn the details of crucial aspects of maintenance up till 36,000 running hours, such as:
- compressor and filles train maintenance;
- PSA pneumatic revision;
- cryogenerator cleaning and scheduled maintenance;
- cleaning and adjustment of the chiller.
The training will have a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 6 participants.

Further information will be given after receipt of your registration.
